Contemporary press-fit grill guides for attaching grills to cabinets.
These do not "snap-in" like conventional ball and socket designs, but instead offer gentle friction-based holding power. This means that even if the guide is not inserted all the way, it will still hold your grill in place. To use, simply drill a 7/32" hole for the pin side and an 11/32" hole for the socket side. Can be used with grills as thin as 1/4".
Set includes 8 male and 8 female pieces.
Overall length of male is 11/16", overall length of socket is 15/32".
Flange for both male and socket is 1/2".
Note: These are the same grill guides as used in the 0.25 cu. ft. through 1.0 cu. ft. MTM finished speaker cabinets.
