Refund, Return and Cancelation Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return request has been approved the item must be shipped within 14 days of RMA approval or receipt of a pre-paid return label. Items shipped after this deadline may be refused and returned to sender.

Most items are covered from defects by the manufacturer warranty for at least a period of 1 year. Please contact us for warranty information on a specific product. For defective items we will work with you to make a warranty claim through the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer approves the claim a refund/replacement will be issued. A return is not typically required (at the discretion of the manufacturer).
Only orders shipped to the USA are eligible for free returns. Any item shipped, or being returned from outside of the USA will require the buyer to pay return shipping regardless of the return reason.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items not returned in the same condition will be subject to a restocking fee up to 30%.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may be accepted for a partial refund at the sole discretion of kjdElectronics.
- Return shipping will be deducted from the refund for buyer discretionary returns.
- Original outbound shipping will not be refunded unless an explicate waiver is obtained on the RMA. If your order was shipped via a free or discounted (promotional) shipping rate the full cost of the original outbound shipping may be deducted from the refund.
If you are reporting missing items from an order ALL claims must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery as indicated by the carrier tracking. No item not received claims will be accepted more than 7 days after carrier tracking shows delivery.
If you are reporting an entire package is missing that has carrier tracking that shows delivered the claim must be made within 7 days of delivery. Missing package claims will be sent to the carrier for investigation. Please be aware it can take up to 14 days for carriers to process search requests. In the event package theft is suspected a police report may need to be filed for insurance purposes.
Freight Forwarding Services: If your order is shipped to a freight forwarding service your order is considered final when the package is delivered to the forwarding service. Any claims for missing items, wrong item shipped, damage, etc must be made at this time. Refunds and returns are not accepted after the order has been forwarded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is delivered it can take 2-3 business days for us to process the return. If you have not received a refund confirmation after 3 days please contact us to check the status of your return.
If your account has not been credited after 5 days of receiving a refund notification please contact us. We will provide you with additional information (tracking number/trace IDs) so you can follow up with your bank.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We will make every effort to respect cancelation requests. However, we ship orders very quickly. Many orders ship within the same day and some orders ship within a few hours. There is a 2hr delay after your order is shipped before tracking information is sent. It is not possible to cancel orders after they have shipped even if you have not received the tracking information yet. If this is the case it is recommended that you refuse the delivery of the package. Refunds will then be processed in accordance with our refunds and return policy.
If we are able to successfully cancel your order you will receive a cancelation confirmation. Your initial payment will either then be voided or refunded.
We do accept backorders on some products. If we accept backorders you will be able to add the product to your cart but there will be a warning indicating the shipment will be delayed and to contact us for more information. We try to ship most backorders within 10 days, but in the event we are unable to restock it may take longer. After placing a backorder you will receive an email from email@example.com with an update on your order (make sure this does not go to your spam folder).
Between 5-7 days after placing a backorder your credit card or payment method will be charged to reserve the item. You retain the ability to cancel the order for a full refund until the order ships.
Pricing - Pricing for all backorders is subject to change. While rare, it does occur that manufacturer's change the MSRP of an item between when the backorder was placed and when we are able to order inventory to fill your order. If this is the case we will make every effort to honor the original price but reserve the right to modify the price. In the event the MSRP decreases, the customer will be entitled to a partial refund down to the new MSRP where applicable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: kjdElectronics, LLC, 35 Manchester Rd STE 11A #207, Derry NH, 03038. You must include a return authorization or your return may be rejected. A return authorization must be obtained by contacting email@example.com prior to returning any items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Exception: We may, at our sole discretion, provide a pre-paid shipping label at our expense.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
