Shipping Insurance Only Applies to orders where the SHIP INSURANCE option was included on the order. SHIP INSURANCE only protects the items included on the specific order where SHIP INSURANCE was purchased.

All claims for damage, or theft must be submitted within 7 days of delivery as shown by the carrier's tracking. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 40 days of the shipment date. Claims for lost shipments cannot be made within 10 days of the shipment date. Email claims to


  1. The type of claim (Damage, Loss, Theft)
  2. Your order number
  3. Description / Photos of the damage (if applicable)
  4. Any other information that may be requested


Your order is 100% guaranteed and the claims process is easy. Once the claim is reviewed and approved you will be given the option of a full refund (less the cost of SHIP INSURANCE) or an automatic replacement shipment.


In the event your claim for a lost package is approved and refund or replaced but is eventually located by the carrier and delivered you must contact to receive a pre-paid return label. The customer is responsible for returning the package and may be charged for the cost of the order if the duplicate shipment is not returned.
